သင်ခန်းစာ ၃၅- လှည့်စားခြင်း။

You tricked me!

မင်းငါ့ကိုလှည့်စားခဲ့တယ်!

I was deceived in this business deal.

ဒီစီးပွားရေးသဘောတူညီချက်မှာ ကျွန်တော် လှည့်စားခံခဲ့ရတယ်။

His words were very deceptive.

သူ့စကားတွေက အရမ်းလိမ်မာတယ်။

You allowed yourself to be deceived.

မင်းကိုယ်မင်း လှည့်စားခံရဖို့ မင်းခွင့်ပြုခဲ့တယ်။

Don’t be fooled by his friendly words.

သူ့ရဲ့ ဖော်ရွေတဲ့ စကားတွေကြောင့် မလှည့်စားပါနဲ့။

He was completely fooled by his enemy.

သူ့ရန်သူ လုံးလုံး လှည့်စားခံခဲ့ရသည်။

Don’t let appearances deceive you.

အသွင်အပြင်တွေက သင့်ကို လှည့်စားခွင့်မပေးပါနဲ့။

You can’t fool me that easily.

မင်း ငါ့ကို လွယ်လွယ်နဲ့ လိမ်လို့မရဘူး။

He was tricked out of his money.

သူ့ပိုက်ဆံထဲက အလိမ်ခံရတယ်။

I can’t believe I was such a fool.

ငါ ဒီလောက် မိုက်မဲခဲ့တာကို ငါမယုံနိုင်ဘူး။

She would have contacted my parents if I couldn’t have come up with a good excuse.

အကြောင်းပြချက်ကောင်းကောင်းနဲ့ မရရင် သူ့မိဘတွေကို အဆက်အသွယ်လုပ်မယ်။

It’s only a white lie, so it’s no big deal.

ဒါဟာ အဖြူရောင် လိမ်ညာမှုသာ ဖြစ်ပြီး ကြီးကြီးမားမား ကိစ္စမရှိပါဘူး။

My conscience would weigh heavily on me.

ငါ၏ကိုယ်ကိုကိုယ်သိသောစိတ်သည် ငါ့အပေါ် ကြီးလေးသောစိတ်ရှိလိမ့်မည်။

I had to make something up so I wouldn’t get into trouble.
